In 2021, Hunter Bergschneider founded Mountain Cutter to help early-stage startups raise capital and create the operating conditions for sustainable growth and margin. Since then, Mountain Cutter has worked with over a dozen early and mid-staged startups, as well as several venture capital firms to support due diligence efforts.

While Mountain Cutter draws from the experience of our founder, whose background includes venture-backed companies from pre-revenue to Series C, our strength lies in the collective expertise of the team. Together, we bring a multi-disciplinary perspective to guide founders, operators, and investors through complexity and into clarity, growth, and scale.
