In 2021, Hunter Bergschneider founded Mountain Cutter to help early-stage startups raise capital and create the operating conditions for sustainable growth and margin. Since then, Mountain Cutter has worked with over a dozen early and mid-staged startups, as well as several venture capital firms to support due diligence efforts.

While Mountain Cutter draws from the experience of our founder, whose background includes private equity, big tech, and startup CFO leadership, our strength lies in the collective expertise of the team.
